I have accepted a new missionary role with Cru (aka Campus Crusade for Christ) City to serve churches and individuals in the Triad thru areas such as missions, discipleship, and evangelism as a Church Movements Catalyst. This is a big step of faith as it is completely funded through donations/fund raising and my wife already serves with this ministry as the university campus leader for North Carolina. I’m asking prayer as I get started with training and will spend my first months raising support. While the work excites me greatly, the funding is a huge step of faith for me after having served in ministry for over 30 years around the world. Your prayers are appreciated as I take these steps of faith.
I will also mention that we are currently hosting two Bible studies in our home and have hosted international students over the holidays who are from Hungary and Panama. Please pray that God will continue to use the seeds we have planted with these groups as well.
