About Winston-Salem Prays 24/7
Building a community committed to Prayer.

Our vision for prayer is: one of humility and hope, a guiding light in a world that often feels adrift. In times of great uncertainty and instability, we are called to look inward, to find our footing, and to seek a path forward. The timeless scripture of 2 Chronicles 7:14 offers a powerful roadmap for us, a message that transcends any single faith tradition: “If my people, who are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.”
This is not a message of judgment, but an invitation to each of us—no matter our background or beliefs—to find that sacred space within ourselves. It is a call to humbly reflect on our place in the world and to find the courage to turn toward a better way. The act of prayer, then, becomes a universal language of the heart—a sincere outpouring of our hopes, our fears, and our dreams for a better world.
Our vision for prayer is: a call to action for a better future, for Winston-Salem and for our world. We share a belief that when we heal ourselves, we can, in turn, heal the world around us. This vision promises that when we choose love over hate, unity over division, and hope over despair, we unlock a powerful force for good. We are not promised that our challenges will disappear overnight, but that we will be given the strength and wisdom to face them. Let us, together, embark on this journey. Let us each find our own way to pray, to reflect, and to seek the best version of ourselves. In doing so, we can bring more light into the world, more healing to our communities, and more hope to a future that we can all build, together.
